Check-in begins at 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival (4 pm); one night’s charges may apply for failure to do so. Guests with multiple-day stays who depart early from a confirmed reservation without 24-hour notice may be charged a $50 early departure fee.

Taxes & Fees

Reservations are subject to the local and state taxes and applicable fees.

Minimum Age

The minimum age for guests renting a room is 21 years of age, or 18 years of age with a Military ID.

Guarantee

A major credit card is required to hold your reservation, and you must provide a payment method upon check-in. Credit cards provided at the time of reservation will be authorized on the day of your arrival.

Smoking

Lightwell Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. Failure to follow this policy may result in a charge of $250.

Pet Policy

At Lightwell Hotel, we offer a selection of dog-friendly rooms so you and your canine companion can enjoy your stay in Hood River together. Choose from our dog-friendly rooms, and we will ensure that your accommodation is ready for your arrival, including dog treats, a dog bed, bowls, and clean up bags. We welcome dogs of all sizes at Lightwell, however, aggressive breeds and dogs with difficult dispositions are not allowed.

• When traveling with your dog, you must reserve “dog friendly” rooms.
• Undeclared dogs not reported at time of check-in are subject to a $250 non-refundable fee.
• Owners agree to pay a $45 fee, per night, per pet. Max two dog limit, per room.
• Pet owners agree to not leave their dog unattended at any time during their stay; which includes both guest rooms and private vehicles.
• Unattended pets will be subject to a $50 non-refundable fee.
• Pet owners may be asked to vacate the property if their dog becomes a nuisance to other guests.
• Owners agree to keep their pets on a leash in all public or common areas of the property.
• Dogs may never be left alone in a guest room.
• Dogs are not permitted in the Spa at Lightwell.
