Affectionately known as “The Bob,” the Lobby Bar is a relaxed Hood River lounge named after Bob Carnahan who, with a mischievous grin and the energy of a man half his age, championed the Lightwell Hotel dream. Kick off your stay with a house cocktail. Our Fall Margarita made with tequila, pomegranate juice, and maple syrup is a great place to start. Come for conversation, stay for a meal, order one more round, and dream big like Bob.

Just off the main entrance, Lobby Bar at Lightwell flows seamlessly from drinks to dinner. It’s where live music sparks another round, and windsurfing lore is shared. Grab a seat at the bar, a game table, or communal seating meant for sharing stories and snacks. Small plates like marinated olives or chips and dips pair well with local wine, craft cocktails, and just one more story at our Hood River hotel bar.
