Affectionately known as “The Bob,” inspired by Bob Carnahan, a charismatic structural engineer who championed our dream of Lightwell and tossed us the keys, we’re giving our guests that same, warm welcome in the Lobby Bar. Toast to the day with a fall cocktail and bar snacks on the way. Claim a game table, tuck into a quiet corner, or grab a seat at the bar, where a quick bite stretches into one more round.

Up here, the Columbia River Gorge steals the spotlight. Oysters hit the ice. Wine chills in buckets. Plates disappear as fast as stories flow. From après-surf snacks to golden-hour toasts, flavors are fresh, stories get a little wilder, and the Gorge puts on a show.

When our doors open this winter, expect a menu rooted in connection and creativity: house-made pickled veggies with whipped feta, hand-cut za’atar fries and Columbia River salmon for the table. The warmth of Mediterranean cooking paired with the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Plates will be seasonal, shareable, and built to complement the moment.
